  • ½ cup white sugar                                                                  

  • 2 eggs yolk, beaten                        

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract              

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup white cake mix, sifted

  • 1 cup milk

             Ready in- 4 h 4min 

  1. Mix together milk, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, cream, and cake mix in a bowl until it is well mix. Cook over medium, low heat until mixture reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and place in a freezer until liquid is cold.


  2. Pour the mixture which is what you just made into an ice cream maker and do as the directions says on your ice cream maker until it is done. Transfer the ice cream to a container. Cover surface with plastic wrap and seal. But the ice cream in the freezer for at least 2 hours or longer.
