2 cups half and half

½ cup white sugar

½ cup brown sugar

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup Irish cream liqueur

1.Mix together half-and-half, white sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl with a mixer. Keep doing it until the sugars have dissolved.
2.Mix together heavy cream and vanilla extract into the mixer until it is smooth.
3.Pour the mixture which is what you just made into an ice cream maker and do as the dritens says on your ice cream maker until it is done.
4.About 2 minutes before the it is done, pour Irish cream liqueur into the ice cream maker. Then let it finish making the ice cream.
5.Pour the ice cream into a container. Then put a tight lid on the ice cream container and place the ice cream into a freezer until ice cream is hardened, at least 4 hours.
