  Why Music Helps      With Test Scores

                      Sleeping 

    Have you ever had a night where you just could not sleep because you have a huge test that next day? Well I've got news for you. Music relaxes our muscles. That means that if you listen to calm music you can fall asleep a lot easier. To test this, a teacher divided a class into two groups. One group went to a classroom and listened to calm music, while another went to the other classroom and did not listen to any music. Both classrooms' lights were turned off and did not have any windows. The results showed that the group who listened to music went to bed first and got more sleep.
