Music helps with sports and workouts
If you play sports this might be for you. Scientists studies say that listening to music helps with workouts and sports. When you listen to music it relaxes your endorphins which is located in the brain. This gives us more excitement which makes workouts a lot easier. "In addition to feeling euphoric, endorphins quell anxiety, ease pain and stabilize the immune system. With high endorphin levels, we have fewer negative effects of stress." (Vanessa) To test this on my own I started to listen to music when I do workouts and it helped a lot.
