In 1865 the National Association Baseball players said that blacks could not play with whites.But it was never a law or was never written down on a piece of paper.Fleet Walker and Welday played for the white team which they were black they were the first.The black formed their own league but it only lasted 1 week.They made the league in the North because in the civil war the North like the blacks more than the south.Josh Gibson was a big deal for the blacks in whites to play together.Josh Gibson started in the Negro National League.In the 1947 we were in war the whites had to fight.So the black started to play.
